AFL Premiership Season
Some might say this is the quintessential Melbourne sporting experience – where there’s no better venue than the MCG (Melbourne Cricket Ground) or Etihad Stadium to rug up and join a large and vocal audience passionately support their favourite teams.
This is an exhilarating experience that you won’t forget and is played throughout winter from March to September, with games on Friday nights, Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Over the season you’ll see teams battle it out for a position in the final eight teams who have the chance to progress to the AFL Grand Final in September. This is truly one of the greatest sporting events of the year as thousands of fans pack the MCG to experience the action.
